Overnight Oats

These overnight oats are a make-ahead, no-cook breakfast: shake the base ingredients together in a jar, refrigerate overnight, and top in the morning. Two flavor variations — PB&J and apple pie — make it easy to switch things up, and a bowl of oats a day may help lower cholesterol.
